General Hospital SPOILERS & RUMORS July 14, 2008 Coming this Week!

This Week on GH
This week Anthony tells Johnny that things will play out his way when it comes to dealing with Logan’s death. He threatens Johnny by saying if he doesn’t do what he says, Lulu will pay the ultimate price. Mac tells Johnny he knows who killed Logan. Look for Eli to return and is excited to see Anna. Robin hides her pregnancy from Eli hoping not to harm Eli’s image of her mother, but it backfires when the truth comes out. When Eli thinks Anna is cramping his style, look for Patrick to defend Anna’s honor and land Eli in the emergency room with a hurt jaw. Jerry pushes Mac too far and the two of them end up in a physical altercation. Matt examines Jerry, who might be up to his old Mr. Craig tricks. Nadine overhears Matt on the phone and grows suspicious. She decides to tell Nikolas, unaware that Matt is overhearing their conversation. Claudia confronts Sonny after witnessing his meeting with Russian mob kingpin, Karpov.

Jax comes very close to walking out on Carly this week, but they end up working things out. Jax and Carly reach a compromise where Carly agrees to stay away from Sonny and Jax will only deal with Kate on the phone. Kate is surprised to discover that all the publicity has generated enormous buzz for her new magazine. Sonny is shocked when Kate announces that her and Jax need to be seen in public more often. Carly is furious when she finds out Jax needs to continue seeing Kate in person. Carly comes up with more plans to tear Kate apart, while Kate has her own plans to deal with Carly.

Maxie and Spinelli have sex after Maxie’s terrifying confrontation with AZ. She breaks down and confesses everything to Spinelli. After Jason’s encounter with Mac, he returns to the penthouse to discover Spinelli and Maxie who have just had sex. Spinelli is overjoyed with prospects of what his future brings with Maximista, but is soon heartbroken when Maxie explains that she doesn’t want to further jeopardize their friendship. Spinelli falls into a depression and turns to Leyla for comfort. Maxie warns Lulu she better get her act together before she looses it.

Laura
As posted in Friday’s blog, Genie Francis (Laura) returns for a short visit at the end of August. Here’s the link to the blog…

According to everything I’ve read over the weekend, it looks like Genie Francis will return for a very brief stint. This tidbit was posted over at Wub.net from our friend the Wubqueen:

“Also a little WUBQUEEN tidbit...I know someone in Searsport, ME that says Genie has said she's thrilled to be going back "even if it's for a day or two" and she really can't wait to get to wardrobe with her new figure!!

I’ve also read that Genie will only be shooting scenes with Julie Berman. RUMORS are saying Lulu will be placed in Shadybrook which seemingly, this is where Laura has been since Luke returned. (I am not sure they have actually said for sure.) Also, RUMORS are now saying after Lulu cracks, she will see ghosts of Logan and Laura. This could be how they bring Laura back. Either that or Laura may just be staring at the wall…As some of you have posted, I can’t possibly see them bringing her in and out of a consciousness each time she is brought back to GH.

Graham Shiels (Cody) Returns
An internet RUMOR over the weekend stated Graham may be returning to GH Night Shift. I SCOOPED this news when I confirmed directly with Graham that he is not returning to Night Shift, but is actually returning to General Hospital on July 21st! Here’s a link to the article…

Graham plays Cody, one of the most popular characters in the past few years on GH. Cody came to town with Cooper and Logan as an Iraq war vet suffering from Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. Laney was his doctor. He was a crossover character on both shows. Hopefully with the return of Cody, the storyline of Logan will be wrapped up with what happened to him in Iraq!


Mystery
I’ve decided to call the Logan storyline, “Mystery”. Here’s the deal. Lulu did NOT murder Logan, just everyone “thinks” he was murdered. Logan RAN into the knife, so it was an accident.

Coming up, Lulu and Johnny go on the run when Johnny takes Lulu hostage. As I told you all last week, these two are on the run and will end up at Johnny’s former piano teacher’s place. I’m seeing RUMORS that Spinelli and Maxie will team up to find Lulu and Johnny. DC hints that Spinelli may frame someone for Logan’s “murder”? That’s Carly’s plan according to this RUMOR. Anthony also tells Trevor to finds Jason’s weakness (which we all know what that is, and we have heard where this goes before!).

Scotty
They FINALLY explained on Friday’s show where Scotty has been after all this time. On a cruise ship out in the ocean. It would have been nice if that was explained earlier in the week when we were all wondering where the heck was Scotty! He is gonna be P*%ssed when he gets in town! You KNOW he will be out for blood. Original RUMORS speculated he would blame a Spencer. Will he go after Lulu? Or Johnny? Or both?

Sonny
As I wrote in what is coming this week, Sonny plans to meet with the new mob dude who is coming to town. I’m hearing Sonny will refuse to help the Russian, but then Karpov will threaten Sonny. Will Sonny give in? Will he tell Kate about the new mob guy in town? Another RUMOR says Kate finds out about limo sex but doesn’t tell a single soul. She wants desperately to be Mrs. Sonny Corinthos and is determined to not let Carly win. But, if Sonny is trying to hide something else from her, say the Russian kingpin, what happens then?

More Tidbits
Will we find out the sex of Robin and Patrick’s baby? Internet RUMORS have hinted that it’s a girl, will they be correct?

I’m hearing Anna makes a departure sooner than expected. But, Noah sticks around for a while. I’m not sure how true these are, I’ll dig and find out more.

Random RUMOR says there will be a wedding but no marriage. True?

Will Matt come clean about his drug dealings and make a clean start? OR, does Matt use Nik and Lucky to accomplish his mission concerning drugs?
