What's up with Senta Moses - and Winifred?

I caught up with Senta Moses today, and found out what she’s been up to since we last saw her on General Hospital. My first question was, will we see Winifred again?

Senta, always the kind star she is was quick to reply: “I haven't shot an episode of GH since March...I think my story line just ran its course.” Senta continues, “I would love to go back, they're awesome over there, and I think it would be a blast to explore Winnie and Spinelli as a couple, but I'm not sure that's ever going to happen. It's all in the writers' hands now.” She tells me the writers let her know about two weeks out before she is needed for her storyline, saying she is as in the dark as we are!

We have discussed on the blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, etc. the potential for Winnie, kind of a Lucy Coe type, as Wubqueen mentioned yesterday on Twitter. Here’s more from Senta:

"There was talk early on of a "Winnie" make-over, but it never happened...A transformation out of the glasses and braids, I think, and a hipper wardrobe...But besides the mention of Winnie working in Sam and Spinelli's PI agency, no other story line was discussed."


I would have loved to have seen Winnie give Maxie a run for her money, AFTER her make-over! Hey, it could still happen…I for one will call the comment line!

What’s Senta up to now?

“In the meantime, I've finished post-production on a pilot that I produced and starred in last year...We're hoping to go out and pitch it within the next month or so.” Senta also will be starring in “Boiler Maker”, which got domestic distribution. Her. other indie film, “Ten Years Later” is in the official market at Cannes, looking for distribution Senta says, " "Greek" was left open ended, and I would jump at the chance to do another episode. We'll see what happens there...”

So, Senta Moses fans, we can look forward to more Senta. I just can’t tell you for sure whether it will be on “General Hospital” or not.
