General Hospital Daily Recap 11/18/09

Good Morning!

Here is a quick recap of yesterday's episode in case you missed it. Please note, however that I missed the first 15 mins of the episode and am not going to have time this morning to catch up on it when the episode airs on Soap Net. This one's a bit shorter than the last few I've done. Hope that's ok! Have a great day everyone

Lisa arrives at General Hospital to discuss the case with Robin that she needs a consult for. While she is there, she and Patrick spend a few moments reminiscing about the “glory days” of college. Patrick jokes with her and says she better not tell his wife all the bad things he did. Lisa assures him that for now his secrets are safe as the only thing she and Robin spoke about was the case.

Dominic goes to see Olivia and shows her the photo of Claudia. He shares with her his theory about Sonny and Jason’s involvement in her murder. He also says he thinks perhaps Johnny took the photo. She dismisses the idea, telling him that doesn’t make any sense. He reminds her that Johnny comes from a long line of people with “a few screws loose.” He leaves and later Johnny arrives and while he is looking for a corkscrew, he finds the picture in a drawer.
Before he goes to Olivia’s, however, Spinelli visits Johnny at the bike shop under the pretense of extending sympathy to Johnny for Claudia. Spinelli’s curiosity is peaked, however when he sees a camera that is the same make and model of the one he knows took the picture of Claudia.

Elizabeth has a dream in which she and Nikolas are kissing outside of Kelly’s and are caught by Robin. In her dream Robin, blasts Elizabeth for lying to Lucky and betraying him. Elizabeth is brought back to reality by Sam coming out of Kelly’s and asking if she was all right. Elizabeth proceeds to apologize to Sam for all the times she judged her so harshly while she was with Jason. She hopes Sam can accept her apology; but also knows that if the roles were reversed she doesn’t know that she would.

Lucky tells Jason that he knows something is not adding up with the evidence about Claudia. He tells Jason the fact that there is any evidence, leads him to believe that Jason and Sonny had to improvise and they had to act quickly. Lucky tells him that he knows there’s more going on than what Jason is telling him. He tells Jason also that he has always respected him for giving up Jake to do what is best for him; and that it was the right thing to do. That proves that Jason knows when to do the right thing. Later when Sam returns to the Penthouse, she asks if Lucky suspects that Michael had any involvement and Jason tells her that no, he didn’t push the issue. Jason tells her he knows that Lucky is a good father to his son and he owes him a lot for that. He and Elizabeth can give Jake a good life and that is what’s important. Jason is surprised when Sam tells him she doesn’t think that Elizabeth is as happy to be engaged to Lucky as Lucky is.

While sharing a nice lunch at Wyndemere that Rebecca set up for her and Nikolas, she is shocked when he suddenly pulls away from her. She asks what is wrong and confesses everything to her. He tells her about trying to pay off Ethan to take her away and that he was only courting her to have her fall in love with him so that he could drop her and hurt her. He tells her that he knows she has a good heart and he knows that it was wrong. He can’t be with her good or bad because he’s in love with someone else.
